The Barn is a two-bedroom self-catering cottage attached to Wellington Farm, a 16th-century Devon farmhouse in Wilmington, near Honiton. Thatched and stone-built, dog friendly, with free private parking and the Jurassic Coast around twenty minutes away.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table for four, and a sitting room with its original stone fireplace, kept as a feature. Because the building is thatched, the fireplace is not lit.

There are three steps within the property and no step-free route, so The Barn is best suited to children aged eight and over.
